Apparently done by bored programmer who got bored while snowed in during the recent blizzards in the U.S

Well, as with most hardened geeks, I doubt he could think of anything else he might be able to do while snowed into his house.
I expect, and indeed hope that he isn’t married.. for the sake of the poor wife.! 😀
