Hi all

Im looking at changing the cranks/chainrings on a new to me (but a couple of years old) specialized hardrock. Thinking I would rather do it now rather than set everything up and then find I want to upgrade.

What I need advice on is what rings to go for/ look out for. My riding will consist of road, canal paths, local fields and woods but also occasional trail riding . So need something that will give me a good range. On my last bike I found I was running out of gears on the road.
