Does anyone have the above combo and managed to get them to work with the Garmin connect iphone app? i can connect the garmin to my phone with bluetooth but when i open the garmin app it cant find it.

Not a Plus but a 6S. Latest firmware/OS on both. Works fine.

What do you mean by ‘you can’t find it’ in the app? Is it listed under ‘Garmin devices’ in the menu?

under devices it says no devices paired, but shows it as being registered to garmin connect

If you had the garmin paired with a previous phone then you need to delete it from you devices list as this can cause an issue.

Just tried it on my girlfriends phone an iPhone 6 and it worked straight away odd

Works fine with my 25/6S.

Sometimes I have to manually pair the Garmin to the 6S – there is an option on the Garmin menus. Then the app just sorts it out or select Garmin devices on the app.

Also start a fresh by clearing it from the iPhone Bluetooth settings.
