Please can you help me.

I normally just use my garmin for speed and cadence and I never upload the data, however, my friend borrowed it today and wants the file to upload to his strava.

I have pressed stop. Do I now upload it like that or press reset? If I press reset does that save it or delete it?

Resete just starts another trip I think, it shouldn’t delete the data.

tbf I normally just finish the cycle, plug into the computer then upload direct to Garmin Connect. I’m not conscious of even stopping the workout. Saying that I have auto pause/resume enabled so that may be a factor.

Reset won’t delete it.

To delete anything you need to go History > Delete

+1. Hold down the reset button for 3 secs and it will reset the trip computer, it wont delete the ride, neither will turning it off.
