    So, I have an Edge 200, and an account on Garmin Connect for it.

    A mate has just upgraded his 500 for a Touring, and has leant me the 500. I’m trying to register it on my account but it just gives me an error message saying that the unit is already registered.

    Anyone know how to get round this? Does he need to unregister it first? Can’t be that uncommon in this eBay world we live in!

    Anyone? Mate has “retired” the device on his account, but still not letting me add it to mine 😐

    Dunno but upload files manually as a workaround – I have to do that anyway on my Ubuntu laptop.
