Managed to drop my S5 earlier and crack the screen earlier. 😥 The phone still works but it looks a bit of a mess. It’s not insured as I bought it off a mate who wanted an Iphone 6 and most insurers want to see a sales receipt as proof of purchase.

I’m not too keen on going through an online company without a recommendation as I know a few people who’ve had their screens replaced with dodgy aftermarket ones. My local phone repair shop, who’ve repaired phones for me before want £180 to repair it with an OEM screen.

Before I go and commit has anyone else had to replace a screen recently and know anywhere cheaper that does a good job?
