Anyone got bikes in the back of an impreza wagon?

I’m currently running a Seat Leon Cupra and can get three bikes stood up in the rear of the car (seat posts and front wheels out).

Just thinking of space in an impreza estate.

no idea on the wagon but I could fit 2 full sussers (wheel and posts off) in the saloon (2000). Was amazed how much room there was in it with the seats folded through.

Use to get two in mine with the front wheels off. think three whould be doable with pedals off. Its long back to front but not tall.

We get 2 in the back with pedal and wheels off which then lie on top. You can get them in with the rear wheel on. This way gives the other 1/2 of the boot for assorted stuff and cake.
Great cars to drive and super practical.

Can get 3 people and 3 bikes in mine with both wheels off but it’s a bit of a hassle so only really worth it for long drives. Haven’t bothered taking pedals off though.
