They are that shite sadly. There’s a 15mm adaptor for my old wheels, it’s just impossible to buy- they gave me a part number, wrong part, then they went silent. You could buy spokes, a packet of 8 for IIRC £32 plus p&p. Oh and a replacement rim was something demented like £160. One of the few companies I’ll not buy from again.
(On bearings, they used a nonstandard code in mine because of their bloody stupid seal-on-one-side accelerated failure to reduce drag by 0.00001% of a noticable amount, but the actual bearing was a standard size)
Have to say the wheels were perfectly good- in my case, basically a Crossmax SX for less than half the price of a Crossmax SX. Decent backup should be easier than designing a good wheel
