These came on a used bike (Large Spesh Rockhopper 29er) I bought about 18 months ago.
They are 80mm forks, however the travel tops out at around 60mm. There are stratches on each of the stantions at around 70mm (i.e. above the current maximum travel).
The lowers are 'tatty' but I am not aware of any damage that affects performance.
Steerer is just over 175mm (as i say came of a large frame Spesh Rockhopper).
