    had BB out of cross bike last night and when re-installing noted that the bearing loading requires 0.4-0.6Nm – that works out as the weight of an apple on a 1m sweep ! (I think !!) – barely finger tight. The shop must have had about a barrow of apples on there I guess…..

    so I wonder why the bearings are starting to run a bit rough…-(
