Looking for folk who are big into model rail and looking to move house, or who know someone big into model rail and are looking to move house....!
Bottom line - dad wants to downsize. He's got a 3 bed semi in a gorgeous rural location which would sell well anyways but, it's got a ruddy great '00'ish gauge model rail system in the garden!
Rather than dig up 6 years worth of pottering to make it a 'normal' garden even the visiting estate agents suggested trying a 'specialist' sale 
I've got dad on with researching model rail fora and clubs to approach / advertise with and I just thought a post on here would not harm...
It's in the Sadlleworth area of Oldham, Lancs. South facing garden, great views etc.
