17.5" full suspension frame (suit 5'7" to 6'1") in blue
Professionally Tuned (May ’09 by Tim Flooks crew at TFTunedshox.com) Manitou Swinger 3-way Air, SPV, 125mm rear shock. Lovingly maintained frame with new Pivot Bearings (May ‘09). As you will see below since having this bike from new (Jan 2006) I have upgraded and improved a lot of the components:
Unchanged Components:
Shifters = Shimano Deore
Front Rerailier = Shimano Deore LX
Rear Rerailier = Shimano Deore XT
Cassette = SRAM 950 11-34, 9 speed
Saddle = Bontrager Race Luxe
Upgraded Components:
Brakes = Juicy 5, front 8”, rear 6”
Front Forks = Rockshox Revelation U-turn coil 130mm (less than six months old)
Crankset = Truvativ Hussefelt 175mm, double and bash (Blackspire Ring God)
Handlebar Grips = Lock-on Odi
Pedals = DMR V8
Seat post = Easton EA30
Tires = WTB Weiwolf 2.3
Headset = Cane Creek S3 1/1/8”
Depending upon your intended use of this bike I can offer a couple of different build options:
FR Build (the one currently built up) utilises:
Demo 6061 Alloy Handlebar 660mm
Hussefelt Stem, 50mm by 31.8mm
Double and Bash Crankset, 32/22 (Blackspire Ring God)
XC build which could utilise:
Bontrager Race Handlebar, 630mm
Bontrager Race Stem, 90mm by 31.8mm
Triple Ring Crankset ,44/32/22
Whilst this is a full build I have just found out that the rear wheel (Bontrager Race Disc, 28 Spoke) is not able to be trued to a standard that I am happy to sell with the frame. Therefore I can offer this bike either with just the front wheel (Bontrager Race Disc, 28 spoke, which is in perfect working order) or with no wheels for you to add your own (but including all discs, cassette/chain and tires etc) or finally with an Atomlab GI Street wheelset which are in great condition, super strong and great for DJ or DH but could be a bit heavy for most XC users.
The bike has general cable rub and trail scratches otherwise in VGC. It is a strong platform for technical descents and light enough for climbing. I have had a lot of fun with this bike at my local trails and it did fantastically in Wales at the trail centres.
I am looking for ono:
£550 (with just the front wheel)
£550 (with Atomlab wheels)
£500 (with no wheels but all discs, tires and chain/cassette)
Or finally (if you are still reading … good effort) for everything mentioned above £575 is an absolute bargain
Photos available so mail to discuss further, thanks
