Hi Folks,
Have for sale a set of 26" Stan's no-tubes Olympic rims laced to American classic disc hubs. They have been built for about 1yr but ive had the hubs for a while so they are a little older. Spokes are 2.0-1.7-2.0, i think ACI, will check when i get home. Spoke nipples are Alu red anodised.
I built these myself for racing but tend to stick with my Flow's with heavier tyres these days. They are very light, rims are 330g each, hubs are about 130g and 225g, overall they weigh very little, under 1500g if i remember correctly.
Rims are in great condition, only 1 or 2 tiny marks but no dings or buckles. Hubs are in good condition, flanges have some marks from a prior build. Bearings feeling a little rough in rear and prob also the front, but they have been like that for a while and seem to be lasting ok (you can pick up a pair of bearing for £5 on Ebay). Freehub has some marks on it from a cassette, but they dont stop fitting/removal. I have a spare freehub in better condition but it needs a new bearing and i never got round to fitting one.
Currently fitted with stans rubber rim strips to run tubeless, these are included but tyres are not.
