I am selling my Solid Flair frame.
The frame is classed as a 'Slopestyle' frame but it is great for UK DH or freeriding and for the odd trip to the alps etc.
It has adjustable travel set either at 160mm or 130mm (I ran it at 130mm most of the time) and comes with a Roco R coil shock with a Nuke Proof Ti spring (550 x 2.25)installed - I weigh about 12 stone and it was nice and plush but still pedalled well.
The suspension pivots around the BB so this can be run as single speed which is great fun and makes for a quiet ride over the bumpy stuff. Also means you can build it up cheaply.
It is designed to run up to 160mm fork (140 or 160 best).
The frame is in good condition with a few marks here and there, worst being some cable rub but I have used a clear patch over that and you don't notice it once built up.
I replaced all the bearings not that long ago with 'enduro' bearings from BETD and they are running smooth.
Included with the frame is a set of chain tensioners (needed if you run it SS), a fairly new FSA headset, a seatpost shim to take it down to a 27.2 (think it's a 30.9 as standard) and a seat clamp.
When built up it is a real head turner and looks great with the howies blue colour and anodized red shock. Also a bit of a conversation starter as you don't see many single speed bouncy bikes!!
Would also make a great starter bike for a younger rider as the frame has good stand over clearance and due to the nature of the bike it isn't a 'big' frame to move around etc.
