Rohloff Speedhub-based wheelset for sale.
Silver disc hub with external shifter box (CC DB).
Front Hope XC 6-bolt disc hub (silver).
Both hubs laced to DRC MT19 double eyletted rims (24mm wide), recommended by Al at Wheelcraft as a replacement for the Mavic X618.
The rims have a braking surface and wear indicator, so could be used with rim brakes, although I’ve only used them with discs.
Spokes are DT Competition stainless. Al supplied the front wheel, plus a second rim which I built on to the Speedhub. The wheels have been little used as they are on a spare bike which is seldom ridden, and consequently are in immaculate condition.
I’m selling the wheels with a Speedbone and 160mm (rear) disc rotor, plus the shifter, cables, OEM 2 axle plate, chain tensioner, etc, and can supply a 38 or 40T 4-bolt chainring if required, i.e. everything needed to convert a derailleur-based bike.
Genuine reason for regrettable sale.
