The time has come for me to part with my beloved Pace 405 XCAM. My riding has changed and it’s just not getting the use any more.
I wanted a “hooligan bike” and it’s an awesome bit of kit – much more bike than my skill level and braveness level!
The bike was bought in 2008 as a “rolling chassis” and built lovingly by a local and very reputable bike shop. They have done the servicing since then.
Recent maintenance (by the shop) has included all suspension bearings replaced
and chainset replaced
The bike itself has been well used, and the white frame means there’s a variety of marks, chips and scratches. I’ve taken the approach not to try and touch up all the chips (as to me that looks suspicious!) – as it shows its all cosmetic and there are no cracks or other nasties.
Spec as follows

Rear shock: DT Swiss - slight signs of wear but holds air just fine
