Selling my G5 PowerMac as I don't use it now I've got a Hackintosh, and I need the money to fix my MacBookPro.
It's a 2004 machine with 2x 2.5GHz G5 Processors, 2.5GB of RAM, running Leopard 10.5.8 (will include original 10.3 install discs too though), a 128Mb RAM ATI 9600 GFX card, a 250GB SATA HD and a 3rd party wireless card that is recognised as an Apple Airport card. It was the top spec machine of its time, significantly more powerful than the single processor and lower clock speed models, and still plenty powerful enough by todays standards.
I have owned this machine for 18 months now, in which time I have probably only switched it on about 20 times. Prior to that it was installed in a local design studio, where it was serviced twice annually and had no expense spared. It has also just had a new DPRAM battery.
I should also add that unlike the majority of G5 PowerMac's you see now, the case is still immaculate on this one, and you couldn't tell it's not a new machine from the outside. Not like the usual grubby and battered tat that turns up on ebay constantly. I recently sold one of these cases with nothing in it in OK condition for £60 on its own!
Anyway, I'm after £180 collected (from Worcester) for it, can deliver within a 50 mile radius for the cost of the fuel but will not be posting this due to its delicate nature, and the fact it weighs almost 30kg boxed up!
Any questions, please fire away... And I have various bits of software I could of course leave on there for you, and I also have a full retail copy of Logic Audio 7.2 I'd be willing to let go on the cheap too.
