I am selling this as I also have a 24-70mm F2.8 'L' and 10-24mm if I do any wide angle stuff, so unfortunately it now gets little use. This was my first proper lens, bought 2 and a bit years ago and then 6 months later I bought the Protection Plan through Jessops with Domestic and General. I have loved this lens and have always carefully looked after it making sure its clean, always had a UV filter on from new and kept in my bag when not being used despite the fact its covered for any damage. This cover runs out in July 2010 though can be extended for £45 for a further 3 years of protection through Domestic and General.
It will come with box, Canon bag, Canon lens hood (bought at a time when Canon still supplied it all in the box!) and instructions. If I get £380 I will also throw in a Jessops UV filter and Circular Polariser, both brand new. Lens condition is very good, a few very small marks on the body but nothing on the elements. Theres no dust or dirt inside the lens and as with all Canon 'L' lenses, is fully dust sealed. Everything works as it should.
If you want a semi wide angle lens to replace an 18-55mm this is one of the best you can buy.
Price is £380 OVNO. If you feel its unreasonable, let me know and I might budge a little on price but I am not desperate to sell.
