Got a new, unused set of white Elixir 5s taken off my new Orange 5.
Front 200mm rotor, post mount adaptor, 84cm hose.
Rear 180mm rotor, IS adaptor, 134cm hose.
Disc bolts included.

Note i had to split the rear hose to remove it from the 5 swingarm, therefore it might need bled. It seems ok but i don't have it mounted on the bike to try it out.
