Righty, more rubbish that I want shut of.
First up, a Curtis MX/4x/jumpy frame. Bought from CRC in their sale for £179, built up and never used. Nor will it be. I'm not sure what sort of mug pays £750 (full RRP) for a frame with geometry from the turn of the century but its not me. I'm the sort of mug that impulse purchases off CRC when its reduced. Less or more of a mug? Anyway, I digress. It really is mint and I'm sure if you like stupidly small frames that weigh a ton this will be right up your street. Some might say that I should stop being so bitter and its only because I can't ride it. To you I say 'Do one'. So £90 posted and you'll be happy, but not has happy as me for passing this angle-iron on.....
Secondly, a 6 ride old RP23. Now, I clearly owe Yeti an apology. I slated the ASR-7 I had because even with 300 psi in the shock, it still blew through its travel and ended up bending a pivot because it smashed through its travel so quickly. I blamed the bike. Turns out, its the shock.
Air shocks are sh1t. There, I've said it. I'm sure in some applications (hung on the wall, riding round a carpark locked out) they're mega, but on my bike when I'm flipwhiphipping the flip out of something, they're bobbins. 'ooooh, look - its bottom'ing out everywhere, best stick some more pressure in it'....'ooohhh look, now it doesn't work at all'....yeah, so its rubbish. That said, this is slightly less rubbish than most, but only because it hasn't been used much. Give it 6 months of riding and it'll be like alllllll the rest of them. This isn't the one off my Yeti, that now belongs to a chav in Sheffield who stole the bike from my mate jimmer. This is off my Orange five thats probably about to get stolen out the back of my car. £120 which is cheap but I factored in that you'll need to buy a shock pump and some pivot bolts...
Finally, a full set of bearings for a Yeti ASR-7, Excluding the rear pivot sleeve thingy. I'm withdrawing my apology above to Yeti, you bunch of robbing b@stards. The reason this is for sale is that you can't buy a rear pivot sleeve thingy on its own. Oh no, Yeti like to fleece you for £150 for a full chuffin bearing kit that you don't need. Nice. So this is bagged and ready to go to someone that actually rides their bike rather than just whinging about it. Yours for £50....
