It is with some sadness that I offer for sale my trusty '07 RC2X. The fork has been used on my '08 Orange Subzero and is only going because I've wanted to make the bike more versatile by fitting a 160mm fork. It's the last of the Italian-made Marzocchi's, so reliability is in line with how Marzocchi used to be before the move to the Far East.
The fork has been serviced regularly by me, so it's had the oil changed usually twice per season. The original uppers were scratched by a clumsy workman visiting my house, so the fork now has a new set which have about 50 miles of use. They are absolutely immaculate. The insides were rinsed and the oil (Motul Factory 7.5Wt) replaced. The seals were also replaced at the same time - Marzocchi wipers and Enduro oil seals.
The lowers have had the decals removed from one leg - no reason other than I like asymmetry. There are a few scuffs and scrapes to the paint, but nothing that in any way affects the performance or integrity of the fork. The four pinch bolts are fine - no threading/rounding and absolutely no cracking of the lowers at this (or any other) point. 20mm axle is included, as is the brake hose clip.
The steerer is 188mm and has been used with a Hope headset (not in sale); so there's no marking at the crown race interface and no star-fangled nut. I will supply a brand new one (unfitted) with the fork.

The fork is fitted with red (light) springs which are perfect for riders up to around 10.5st. I'll also include a set of Marzocchi blue (medium) springs which will suit heavier riders.

Also for sale is a Hope stem in gunsmoke. 25 degree rise and 50mm in length, for a 1 1/8 steerer and 31.8 (OS) bar. Lovely condition - a few minor marks, but nothing worth pointing out. Stem only. £32 including 1st Class Recorded delivery.
