Bless you.
Why has it got that fugly extra tube? Just looks like it adds extra weight, for no good reason.
And buy a bigger size bike, next time!
Why has it got that fugly extralong name? Just looks like it adds extra letters, for no good reason.
Obviously the extra tube is to dry your tea towels on....don't you geezers no nothing
the same reason it hasnt got gears.
No, it was a serious question. I can't see as how that extra tube adds anything structurally to the design at all. Unless the tubes are so thin-walled, that an extra one is needed. Therefore, why not just use tubes suited to the job?
I would be interested in learning.
RudeBoy, I guess that you are just not a student of history. The Humu thingummy was the progenitor of the current hipster madness of singlespeeding, designed as a cruiser initially, the extra tube is just there for da cool mon !
See ya
Extra top tubes are styled on 50s US cruisers, which were mocked up to look as much like motorcycles as possible, often with a second top tube and indeed a "tank".
Ben, definitely interested in this. jon DOTrollasonAThotmailDOTcoDOTuk
Cheers
Nice
So Ben how much are you asking for it?
Matt
Im the proud owner of a perfect blue Humu, all this chat about the function of the extra tube is missing the point, its not meant to look like your bike, weights not an issue, its COOLER than the bottom of your pillow!!!!! Good luck with the sale.

Please drop me an email sure we can come to a deal...after a summer fun bike!
Whats with the Yoghurt. Do you have thrush?
(Note to self: Dont piss off the mods)
Sorry Ben, I missed your email. Please do go with Dylan. Tecjnically speaking I have a kona A'ha and can' really justify a Humu as well. But it looks gorgeous.
Yoghurt was to go with the curry (or was it chilli?)
Dylan - I'll give Bikey a while to respond yet.. but if I hear nothing.. I'll drop you a line.
wish I'd spotted this earlier... if by any chance neither of these two want it, let us know!
Yep. Will do.
Ben - I have been trawling the net to try to get some idea of a reasonable price for the Kona. Havn't come up with much as they seem to be quit rare! I was hoping to pay a bit less than Dylan08 offered, so if his offer still stands then should go with it. If he doesn't come through at that price then come back to me and we will do the deal. Thanks for hanging on to get an answer from me.

Picture does not seem to work for me
but if Dylan doesn't want it I'd be interested.
For some reason Tumblr (where the pic was hosted) doesn't think I exist anymore. Oh well.
SOLD.
Thanks for all the interest
