Not wanting to piss too much on your sale. However iirc while technically the bearings are replaceable in the old hope headsets hope stopped selling them. You had to send the cups to hope for them to do it as they need to be pressed in (unlike the newer ones which are easy to replace).

Should be just the price for the new (the newer style headset bearings) bearings, done this a few times for people at the shop I work at.
