Giant Trance 3 frame - 18" Fox floatR rear shox, headset, seatpost clamp and seatpost included.
In a bike frame postage box ready to go. Excellent condition.
2005/2006 model with the open rear shox basket.
All bearings and bushes were renewed 10 rides ago, mixture of Enduro and Kaesea on here supplied them. Rear shox has had new seals and fox fluid at the same time. Basically it's ready to run and run for a long time, without any need to renew anything. These are strong frames which feel they have more than 100mm travel it states. Fork partner should be 100 to 130 mm. I loved riding it.

Only niggle is that I had to wet and dry and fill in with nail varnish a low scratch to the piston of rear shox. (Duff clamping when screwing on can) You can not feel any mark with finger nail and silver nail varnish has held good for many months (Bike was used about once a month) Can has also held pressure perfectly for this length of time. Damage is so low down shock that seal travel only bobs down there on big hits.

Collection is from Essex M25 area - email in profile.

High mate,
I'm really interested in your trance. Would you be able to move on the posted price at all though?
Cheers

Shanelad , firstly welcome to STW. I see this is your first post.
£190 posted is what I am sticking at.Posted 9 months ago # -
How do Wally, cheers!
I've been looking for something like this for a while. It's for a mate actually. He's got a kiddies seat that would need about 3 inches of seat tube to clamp onto which I think there is on the trance frame above the shock. And as the pro-pedal will pretty much lock out the back end when he uses the kids seat it should be a great bike for him. Play bike for when he hasn't got the kiddie on the back.
Well as it goes I think it's a fair price you've got it up for. The shock damage is a slight worry but it should be fine.
I've dropped you an email mate.

I don't think it will work because of the rear mech stop right slap in the middle of this section.
Another problem is that this frame has no propedal lock out lever, It does have a sticker! but I have no idea why. Rebound knob does what is says and slows rebound, but does not lock out. So the frame will bob around and the rear will never lock out.

Sorry to throw damp water on the baby/play bike idea - but I honestly think you will run into problems with this frame. A hard tail with gear cable under the BB would be best.

Hi mate, cheers for the info. Much appreciated. I've had a chat with the lad who it's for and he's sorting his old hardtail out for baby duties and is up for going ahead with your trance anyhow.
So... How would you like me to send you the money sir? Paypal?
Cheers
