FS: Giant OCR Zero Road Bike (Large) in Mint Condition

Bought this road bike on a whim a couple of years ago and just haven't taken to it... guess I'm just not a roadie, and I need the space in the garage. It has spent its neglected life hanging up on the wall and has, quite literally, done perhaps two hundred miles.

Large (55.5cm) Giant OCR Zero with composite fork, Campagnolo Mirage 3x9 Ergopower speed components, Mavic CXP22S rims. Photo of cassette and chain shows how little use it as had.

Thanks do you know what year it is? Might be a bit big for me but then seatpost looks quite high so might be OK?

Are they the original wheels that came with it? Looks like all the ones from the same era came with ~16 spoke wheels?

Everything is original - only addition has been chain lube!

Does it have full mudguard clearance? Also, despite sitting unused, I take it all the gears, hubs, headset and BB all work well/move freely?

In all honesty I'm not sure. Have just been out to look at the frame and there are no threaded tabs on the fork or rear dropouts, but does have one behind the bottom bracket?

Not so worried about mudguard eyelets, but more about whether there is clearance under the brake bridge on the seat stays, behind the seat tube and under the fork to take full muddies. Would have this as my winter/training bike you see.
