GENESIS ALTITUDE 20 (2010)
Quality Steel Hardtail with Loads of Upgrades.

My 10 month old Genesis Altitude 20 (aka a Latitude 20 in 2011) for sale at a bargain price. Reynolds 823 Steel frame, sorted geometry in 19" frame size (perfect for me at 5'11.5"/182cm), with solid original specification that I have upgraded to deliver a good combination of strength, practicality and weight (28.5lbs/13kgs with M520 SPD pedals fitted). Upgrades include a 2X9 SLX Chainset and a Thomson Seatpost. See spec below for full list of upgrades.
Bike has been used and, as you would expect, has some stone chips on the rear paintwork, although chainstay protection is fitted, one dropped chain missed the protection and chipped the paint (more pictures available by email), however, all purely cosmetic and frame is in great condition.
Bike rides beautifully. Great as an XC bike, a trail centre ride or just for going out with the kids on your local firetrack; I have used it to get back into mountain biking after a few years out of the saddle, a job it has done admirably. I have cleaned and maintained it regularly and will be sad to see it go, but I need the space in the garage (and the bank account!) for a new build 29er.

so grab some steel for a steal at £599, or make me a very sensible offer.
Delivery/Pick Up:
I would prefer pick up in or around Milford on Sea (near Lymington in Hampshire), but would be happy to discuss delivery in person a reasonable distance (say 10mins) from the A31, A35, A38 between Southampton, Ringwood, Dorchester, Exeter and Plymouth. This option would require a cleared payment before delivery.
