I've got an immaculate G5 PowerMac for sale, literally not a mark on it and it has been very well looked after. It's a Dual 2.5GHz processor machine (the top spec model in late 2004), and has been upgraded to 3Gig of RAM. It has a 250GB SATA HD, a 128MB ATI 9600 GFX card, and everything works exactly as it should.
Will come with a fresh install of OSX 10.5 Leopard.
This is still a pretty quick machine now, and is a superb reliable and cheap option if you still want to run any older Mac software that will not run on modern Intel machines.
Anyway, I'd like £160 for it. It's worth way more than that if you strip it down and sell it for parts! In fact, at almost 30kg (I'm not posting it, happily meet half way for collection at fuel cost though), it's probably worth nearly that if you just melted it down for scrap Aluminium!
Only selling cos I need to run Intel architecture machines now, and have a new MacBook Pro and an Intel powered Hackintosh desktop for my purposes now. I'd love to keep this old machine, even just cos it looks so cool and is still pretty powerful, just can't justify it as it would only end up acting as a media server or something...
