Tatty looking red frame and fork, pugeote carbolite steel, lots of stuff with it, all it 'needs' is wheels, a saddle and brake pads to turn it into a fixie. Add some new bar tape and your laughing. Powdercoat it in a gopping colourscheme and it'll be worth £hundreds.
Fits someone 6ft+ its a 57cm frame from memory, but the bars (narrow and shalllow) and stem (70-80mm?) are tiny by roadie standards so fit some normal sized ones and your laughing upto 6ft6.
