   I have a Canon 400D for sale with new lens, extra batteries, and battery grip.

   The 400D camera body for sale is this here

   You cant buy this anymore, and this link is to a used selection on Amazon. It also has the cheaper 'non Image Stabilised lens'. The lens i'll sell with it, is the same as on the 550D, which is new, and a better lens.

   550D with newer lens here

   The best deal on a 400D is a used one at about £340.

   I'll take offers on the 400D with new lens, and Canon battery grip with 4 good Canon batteries.

   I'm also happy to sell the body with battery grip and batts, but without the lens.

   I looked at this for a friend who wants her first DSLR, what sort of price were you thinking of?

   The examples of price for the individual items are not indicative of what you would pay new at a retail shop such as Warehouse Express or London Camera Exchange and I cannot make an offer based on them

   I wasn't suggesting a price be made from those retails prices, as some are old, and not that useful. Some however are current, such as the batteries for example, and the battery grip. And the lens as you pointed out.

   the camera body is the thing that is harder to price.

   So in respect of price!!! I'm looking for as much as i can get.

   make me an offer.

   ok, cool.
   Not trying to be difficult, it's just that i dont know how much it would be worth.
   I'm guessing that half the retail price (as of now) would be a good start.

   So, for the lot, it would be around £400
   without the lens... £340

   all great condition, with low shot count.
