Pretty much band new Subway 8 18" (I think) in black with reasonably subtle graphics. Grey mavics 317's on alfine hubs, regular riser bars, shimano hydrualic discs (no model name, but neeat and functional) Eccentric bottom bracket, full fenders. Slicks.
Done about 15 miles, it wasn't the kind of winter for it.
Perfect commuting bike / possible winter MTB alternative (just add forks)
