Cannondale Prophet Frame
A new bike means I'm selling my much loved Cannondale Prophet frame with Fox Float R shock:
It was bought in April / May of last year from Wheelbase (still have receipt) and was resprayed a few months after to this sparkly anthracite colour. Great clean condition because I used loads of copter tape. Comes with SLX front mech, headset and headset reducer for 1 1/8 forks, seat clamp, spare stickers.
It has a lifetime warranty on the frame although chances are the respray would have voided this and its probably only on the original owner but I'd be willing to give it a go if anything happened to it.
There is one problem though, one side of the BB threads got stripped. I got this repaired at Wheelbase but there wasn't enough thread to get it back to ow it should be so theres three options:
1. Ride it as it is, the BB will probably stay in with the crank arms tightened. According to Wheelbase it should still be ok but would rather be honest.
2. Get a DH BB like a raceface one with a longer thread which will get the better threads at the back. According to Wheelbase this would sort it.
3. Get it fixed properly at BETD which costs £45+postage.
Because of the above I would let it go at £250. Postage is extra, collection is free.
Rock Shox Pike 409 u-turn (adjustable 100-140mm) coil forks.
Steerer is a long 20.5cm. Over a year old but genuinely only used for about 2 or 3 months. Bit of cable rub otherwise spot on. £150. Postage is extra collection is free.
