First up is my year 2000 large (20") Cannondale CAAD 3 mtb frame, disc only in metallic dark blue at the front to 'Cannondale blue' at the rear. (looks like the F700sx, but without the F700 label).
Good condition for age, no dents or cracks, but a small amount of paint bubbling on the underside of the downtube (common problem with cannondales of this vintage) No structural damage though. All bottle and rack bosses are fine too, which is something of a bonus, as the other frames I've come across have had them turning in the frame before.
Frame is Headshok/lefty compatible, but can be reduced if need be, there are plenty of reducers available for Cannondales on ebay or dr cannondale etc.
Dimensions....
seat tube c-t 20"
top tube c-c 24"
seatpost dia 27.2mm
front mech: 31.8mm
BB shell: 68mm

Lefty Ti Carbon ELO.
Again, of similar vintage, think it's a 2002 carbon lefty with Ti spindle and alloy inner shaft. Sliders serviced by Thumbprint about a year ago and still good, axle in good condition, carbon tube checked and given the all clear. Cartridge serviced about 3 months ago where I changed the oil to 2.5wt and modified the rebound damping so it's quite quick through the compression, but not pogoing on the rebound. A simple oil change can get it how you like it if you want to have it different. Most people who've had a go haven't complained and to me I always felt that lefty's were slightly overdamped in any case.
ELO isn't working (surprise there) but I know why. The tiny wires inside the damper rod have snapped during a stripdown. The motor has 6 tabs, there are 3 wires, I couldn't be bothered fiddling about with the damper to find out which did what and re soldering. Could be a project for a tinkerer, but I really didn't miss lockout anyway. If you could get the wires connected in the right order it'd work a treat though. Was fine until that.
It's the bonded crown version so can be ran easily with a 1 1/8th adapter if you want to bung it on a normal frame, but you'll be at the mercy of the head tube length as both crowns are fixed.
Aesthetically condition is good, It's been used so not perfect.
