Avid Juicy Seven brakes - 203mm G2 rotors. Adaptors for IS at both ends, plus one 203mm post-mount adaptor too. Usual UK right-front left-back orientation.
Also includes two sets of sintered pads, one set of organic - all unopened in packaging. Plus the Avid bleed kit, minus the fluid (not that you'd want opened fluid anyway).
