Was in the work canteen the other day.. got a big bowl of museli, banana, yogurt, herbal tea. But when I sat down i was eating sausage, bacon, black pud, beans toast and coffee. It happens all the time, somewhere between paying and sitting down my healthy breakfast turns into a big wobbly fry up…

Cereal, fruit juice and coffee for me most morning. Maybe a crumpet if I'm hungry.

Flesh is a late Sunday morning treat. Or sometimes pancakes. Yum.

MEAT. It's healthier than grains anyway.

I only eat cereal at home but at hotel buffets I eat everything – if I work away from home for too long then I have to watch that.

grilled bacon and poached eggs, none of that frying business. only on weekends though, midweek whatever's within grabbing distance that can be consumed within 2minutes before riding to work is game… 🙄

muesli yoghurt and fruit for me. bacon reserved for Saturday mornings or hangovers. If you have it every day it doesn't taste as good
