Graham ( just me) and mart (Mr Potatoehead)have for a few years gone out for a Friday Bimble, that is a meet at 6 pm, ride out over the hills for a couple of hours and then a few light ales to start the weekend.
This Fridays was a cracker with Andy's brother Pete out with us as well.
The picture does not give the full amazing view we had over towards winter hill way.
So what do you lot get up to on a Friday ?

Its a ride around the tops of the Rossendale Valley.
It starts almost at the top of the MTL at Whitewell Bottom, carts up the bridleway and then spins off at Cromptons cross over the open moors and down a sweet section called "little Brian's" then round about a bit and back across the moor over a section comicaly called "swallows and Flanagan" named after Andy who was swooped upon by rampant swallows.
We start from Graham's at about six, no pressure just a great ride out and a few beers
