I have a stonking cold so this morning I’ve had a butcher’s pasty and a chicken jalfrezi.

Friday butty usually involves a trip to the builders merchant behind the office to visit Nico’s cabin of pork related delights.

Sadly I’m out and about in Stoke and starting to dream of a McCoffee coz it’s colder and wetter than forecast
