   Was planning on spanakopita, but after buying 2 bags of frozen spinach at the co-op got to the health food shop and found they were out of filo pastry, after some swine had been in and bought 3 packs at once!

   Any other suggestions what to do with 2 kg of frozen spinach?

    Trail rat- you didnt choose well there, but then theres not much choice. Your best bet IMO is probably a curry, somewhere like the rajah or a thai place i cant remember the name of, both near the post office. During the day the Castle restaurant is good basic stuff, very popular with the locals and always busy,in castle st.
