    How do you make that? It sounds fab!

    You substitute basil with wild garlic leaves.

    Big bunch if wild garlic leaves.
    Pine Nuts
    Parmesan or similar
    Olive Oil
    Lemon Juice to cut the oil

    I’ve no idea of the ratios as I just blitz it in a hand blender until it looks right.

    It’s been out up here for a couple of weeks so should be country wide. If it’s flowering try to pick smaller younger leaves as they soon get bitter. They apparently freeze well but I’ve never tried, took me about 30 seconds to gather some while out with the dog.
