    Does any one know what freehub bodies will fit early 6 bolt xtt disc hubs?

    Am thinking of the cheap lx hubs at on one.

    The answer is on the shimano website somewhere. I had the same question. I decided you needed the specific freehub for the model of hub. Some do share the same parts but it wasn’t the case with this XT and LX, deore etc.

    Still I found the cheapest replacement was a full hub and I essentially rebuilt all of the new internals into the old body.
