    Hi all
I have a chum that needs to do some free design work for her local school/clubs and she is used to Quark in the days that she worked in design. All my software is mac based and my ancient dodgy version of PC Quark doesn’t work anymore.

Anyone recommend an alternative? It’s to be used for creating magazines, posters etc.

I have suggested an old version of indesign off ebay but not sure how the licencing works

    Ta design dudes!

Indesign 2 is also available from Adobe if you have a licence (which might be freely available to anyone just by googling it ;-))

I was going to suggest Inkscape, but scribus looks much more suitable – might download it now 🙂
