Have had these sitting in the garage for 2-3 years now, not worth me sending them off for repair

I think they are the 2003 or 2004 model

Rebound does not work.

Stanchions are scratch free.

Lowers/steerer/arch are in good condition.

In Edinburgh, if you are local and want them let me know, getting binned next weekend if no takers.
