I will be attaching a couple of bags to the frame, so I am looking at protection tape.

I can see there is a lot of choice, but I dont really need all that much, so where is a good place to get it from?

I’m not a big fan of ebay or Amazon unless you can point me in the direction of a good reliable seller.

For small areas just use Gorilla clear tape

Will protect the frame from any rubbing, can be bought from the likes of Screwfix, Toolstation, Halfords etc… under £10 for a 8m long roll

Ive used it all over my Hardtail instead of proper frame protection kits, no issues so far and its saved my cranks from heal rub

Heat it up with a hair dryer for awkward shapes and heat it up again if removing

It also has many household uses from repairing swimming pools to fixing rips in waterproof jackets
