So following my cracked seat stay to my cube stereo 2011 I’m thinking worst case scenario if I can’t get a replacement stay. So assuming a frame swap what’s my options that fit my part list?

1 1/8″ 150 travel fork
142×12 rear (really don’t want to change this again the adapters were a pain to get hold off)
Large
26″ wheels

Riding is FOD, singletrack and steep down stuff

The same frame will be ~£350
The carbon frame would be nice but don’t see many around

Alternatives?

1 1/8th doesn’t matter as the fork will fit into a tapered headtube.
What is the cube warranty?

heaps of 150mm frames out there though?

Thanks mike, it’s past a warranty job and 2nd hand so I’ll need to get replacement stays if I can find some

I liked the way it rode so after something similar, I’m not smashing stuff or flying but love technical descents and it just felt right.

Any suggestions welcomed, ie if xxx you think is better I’ll look at demoing one.
