I read a book that had a section on building pannier racks in the back.

I’m pretty sure it wasn’t paterek

Paterek definitely does have a section on building racks, it was probably that. I don’t like the cut of his jib though, so, you know, meh.

Ah cool i’ll take another look. Its the free one he gives so its a pain to find anything on it.

I’d forget the book and just get inspiration from Tubus and Tout Terrain.

Ceeway has Columbus Gara in 8, 10 and 12.7mm for racks. Not sure about stainless.
