Badly fractured my elbow 6 weeks ago on the mtb. Plated. 6 week xray Monday and the doc said bone Union which means it’s joined up… Although no weight bearing for 3 months
Was wondering if any one with similar experiences could offer advise as to the piont at which they pushed the physio as opposed to simple range of movement exercises.
I have no pain and no swelling… Although pretty anxious about starting to vigorously rehab
    Thanks in advance.
    Matt.

You’ll be non weight bearing for a reason. That reason is probably that the surgeons dont think your elbow would cope with any loading other than the weight of your arm for the first three months. It may be because the screws holding the plate in place dont have much bone to hold onto or that the bone or fragments of bone are not the great. So please, if they say NWB stick with NWB.
