Any reason why I shouldn't use my old 100mm vanillas on my DJ bike? I've got some DJ2's on there but they belong on the tandem. The vanillas work but the stanchions are worn so I figured they'd be ok but not sure (i'm not great at jumping and dont get that high)
ta in advance for the advice

    2 reasons.

You will need to be smooth. No casing into the back of landings or they will soon be in 2 pieces…

They will be too soft, and will make it hard to get any pump (?) from the lips… If that makes sense?

I've got some hard springs for em so that shouldnt be a problem, dunno about the smooth thing, they seem to be similar to the new fox 831's construction wise.ah well maybe stick with the dj2's
