    I didn’t know he was suing. To be honest, good luck with that.

    There are a lot of questions with that case – was it the QR manufacturer at fault? Was it his fault for putting a QR front wheel on discs and then hammering it too hard? Seems like scope for reasonable doubt to me.

    What I’m not sure about is why he would have been braking with maximum force at that point on the trail? The crash was way down the trail near the bottom where it’s quite gentle and smooth. You don’t really brake much on that whole trail apart from right near the top.

    was never claimed he was braking with maximum force only that the forces that can be created by braking might be enough to eject the wheel.
