I have the above mentioned fork in 26″bought in 2013. Have had it serviced twice since then (less than recommended but was told on both occasions that the fork was fine on the inside). Last service carried out in spring 2016.
The last time I rode was about 3 weeks ago and I don’t remember any problems. Yesterday however I noticed the fork moving much more than normal when pedalling out the saddle and I could almost get full travel by doing a bunny hop.
I checked at pressure and played with extremes of rebound/compression but no difference. Lockout is also not working.
I will take it back to shop where serviced anyway but wold like to know possible prognoses.
