Fox DHX3 (Boost Valve, rebound, preload) 190x50, currently fitted with hardware for Orange 5. It's a 2009 shock and bought late '09 or maybe early 2010 and used for around a year. Used twice since then. Excellent condition.
Currently fitted with a 450lbs Fox steel spring.
Also have a 350lbs Fox steel spring to fit if that's more your weight.
Ti spring is by Progressive, 400lbs, 36mm internal diameter and 131mm long. It just fits the DHX3 shock but would probably fit up to 216mm eye to eye shocks at a guess.
£110 for the shock and a steel spring of your choice.
£75 for the Ti spring.
