During a race on Saturday the shock suddendly stopped rebounding, it had compressed fully and stayed there. Any ideas what the issue could be?

Main air seal ‘blown’ shock ‘stuckdown’ replacement air seal kit will sort it.
However you need to be careful removing the air can as it’ll go off with a bit of a bang!

Not really tooled up for such things, i’ll leave it into Real Cycles for a full service while i’m at it.

Do they do a ‘full’ service? or just the air seals which is an air can service?

They are fully rebuildable but you need the correct seals, settings and tooling to rebuild the damper unit.
